Refunds will not be issued for any services once the payment has been made.. If, for any reason, Felecia cannot fulfil their obligations to "The Client" due to incidental or consequential damages. Such damages can include illness, injury, or events beyond my control, such as theft, re, computer failure, or Acts from God. "The Client" will be refunded in full for any part of the service paid for but not yet rendered. Any disputes or claims made against PoshProfitSociety will result in immediate legal action where expenses must be covered by the client.  All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration with Arbitration Resolution Services (ARS). The parties expressly agree to abide by any and all rules of ARS as found in their website at www.arbresolutions.com. In the event that a party fails to pay any award, the award may be converted to judgment in a Court of competent jurisdiction.
